We are looking for talented individuals that can create clear, well informed and imaginative content for our clients.

We are looking for Self Employed Ad Designers that we subcontract our advert creation business out to, we expect to grow considerably over the next six months and there is no way we will be able to handle the demand unless we prepare in advance.

As our growing affiliate base expands and starts making multiple sales we expect designers to be attaining multiple advert projects on a regular basis.

1.     You have to be good at what you do and work in a professional way!

2.     You have to design quality content on the instructions of the clients.

3.     The sizing of the adverts are simple, 176 pixels by 144 pixels at 72 Dpi

4.     Creativity is Key, we want to be the best at providing this content to our clients.

5.     Send us the price you feel you would charge for your work (now we know we are going to get lots of you wanting to work for free just to show your work) but we do require a figure £ or $’s of what you feel you could reasonably charge for your designs.

6.     This will dictate the price to our clients of what they can expect to pay if they were to use Your services, (think carefully before submitting, this does have a basis on the selection of designers "and also if our clients use you for their Ad Creation")

7.     Send a test animation advertising a business of your choice, as long as the business does not mind we are more than happy to put their links on our website (This will create traffic to their site) The file size should be 80KB or less, "the smaller the file size, the better it is for downloading to phones"

8.     Finally we want you to send us a completed 30 second video you have submitted to www.youtube.com   of “you” selling yourself to our site visitors, why they should pick you as their designer for their future marketing. This does not have to be you in person, it must include audio, this will be the example of your skills!

We will choose the best ones that are sent in which will go in our advert creation section, in this area we aim to have all our designers profiles “on video”, combined with the animation example you submitted.

This will give you an area to promote yourself showing the work you can produce, this will be your chance to compete for the artwork that will be ordered from a purchasing client.

When purchasing an ad-pod the Client will have a choice of which designer creates their artwork!!

We must stress that all boundaries are open for creativity, we are not worried about Age, Colour,Creed or Nationality

“It is your talent that will get you the most business” Once we have chosen the designers it will then be the clients who decide!

Each of the successful designers have an enormous opportunity to build their business with ad-pods, we will look extremely favourably on designers who can produce WAP sites for clients in the future! www.wapple.net software can be used for this project!

A competition will be run throughout 2008 which will culminate in the end of year awards. The winner will get a spectacular prize

P.S The ad-pod system is sold on the basis that the Clients can if they wish “Create their own content (this is giving the customer the option to choose by being completely transparent) The quality of work you produce will be the basis for if the client uses you for their ads or by other means open to them.
